Aethla provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Qatar. Services include but are not limited to: home cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, maid services, and cloth ironing.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• Payment is required as specified at the time of booking
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate
• Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice
• In case of our cancellation, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option

5. Service Expectations

• Our cleaning staff will arrive at the scheduled time and perform services as agreed
• You are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring a safe working environment
• We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed or accessible during the initial assessment
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution

6. Liability and Insurance

Aethla maintains insurance coverage for our services. However:

• We are not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to cash, jewelry, or other valuables left on the premises
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are insured and bonded for your protection

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking services
• Ensure the property is accessible and safe for our staff
• Notify us of any special requirements, allergies, or concerns before service
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
• Pay for services as agreed

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aethla website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Aethla and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access our website without permission
• Impersonate Aethla or misrepresent your affiliation with us

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
